HOME 6-WEEK PLAN
My HOME 6-WEEK TRAINING PLAN is designed for you to build your dream body (and booty) as fast as possible with minimal equipment (bands, dumbbells, bodyweight). It is a FULL BODY, 5-DAY HOME PLAN with emphasis on LOWER BODY and BOOTY DEVELOPMENT. Upper Body, Lower Body, and Abs are also incorporated. All exercises can be modified. If you don’t have weights, fill a backpack with rocks, use water bottles, use your kid. Get creative! :)
